Trinity Leeds

Ten million customers visited the centre in its first six months. New openings included Victoria’s Secret and Trinity Kitchen, with its unique combination of street food and restaurants. Primark is on schedule to open in December.

The scheme completed in May and offers a quality of contemporary, efficient floorspace previously unavailable in Victoria. Lettings
have moved from 0% in April to 57%, with a further 10% in
solicitors’ hands.

Oxford

To address the city’s lack of modern retail space, we have submitted plans for a 820,000 sq ft centre. This will provide efficient formats in a building well matched to Oxford’s cityscape. John Lewis has signed up.

20 Fenchurch Street, EC3

Our landmark tower is 76% let or in solicitors’ hands, with lettings ahead of expectations on rental levels, lease lengths and incentives.
A solar glare issue is being addressed and the scheme remains on plan and to budget.

Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow

We have secured outline planning permission for our major extension to the centre, which is located on the UK’s second busiest shopping street. Marks & Spencer and John Lewis have signed up to the scheme.

X-Leisure

We have taken our holding in the fund to 95%, which gives us a major presence in a market with strong demand from occupiers. We have also integrated X-Leisure management into our team, strengthening our expertise.
